By creating an account or using ReelPitch you accept these terms. The service is ReelPitch, operated by Ivan Bodurov (Bulgaria, EU). If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the product, and feel free to tell us why at privacy@reelpitch.io.

ReelPitch is a private workspace for organising your own client outreach: saving businesses you found yourself, scoring and auditing them with AI, drafting pitches, and tracking every lead through a pipeline.

What it deliberately is not:

• It does not scrape Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn, and it does not log into your accounts.
• It does not send DMs, emails or connection requests on your behalf. You copy the draft and send it yourself.
• It does not buy or supply lead lists, and it does not guarantee you will win clients.

That design is on purpose. Automated messaging gets accounts banned, so the sending stays in your hands.

You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in secure, use accurate details, and do not share one account across several people. Tell us quickly if you think someone else got in.

You agree not to:

• Use ReelPitch to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything misleading, harassing or unlawful.
• Store special-category personal data (health, beliefs, and similar) or data you have no lawful reason to hold.
• Break the platform rules of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn or any email provider you use to reach out.
• Scrape ReelPitch, resell access, attempt to bypass usage limits, or probe our systems without permission.
• Try to get the AI features to produce illegal content, impersonate someone, or attack a person or business.

Outreach law differs by country: rules such as the GDPR, ePrivacy and CAN-SPAM can apply to your messages. You send them, so you are responsible for following the rules where you and the recipient are. Always give people an easy way to say no and honour it.

Your content stays yours: leads, notes, drafts, templates and any files you link. You give us only the narrow permission needed to store, process and display it back to you, plus to send the parts required for an AI feature you triggered. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

The ReelPitch name, design, code and written guides stay ours. Text an AI feature generates for you is yours to use freely, with the usual caveat that similar output may be generated for other people.

Scores, audits and pitch drafts are automated suggestions, not professional advice. They can be inaccurate or out of date about a business. Read and edit anything before you send it, and never present AI guesses to a prospect as verified facts.

ReelPitch is currently free to use, with fair-use limits on AI features so one account cannot exhaust the service for everyone. If paid plans arrive later, we will publish the pricing and terms first, and no existing free account will be charged without clear notice and an explicit opt-in.

We aim for the product to be up and fast, but this is an evolving service provided as is. Features can change, and downtime for maintenance or provider outages can happen. We do not promise a specific uptime figure.

To the extent the law allows, ReelPitch is not liable for lost profits, lost clients, lost data, or indirect and consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is currently zero for a free account.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, or the mandatory consumer rights you have under Bulgarian and EU law.

You can stop using ReelPitch whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or puts the service at risk. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country. Before any of that, please email us. Most problems are a five-minute fix.

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use ReelPitch after a change means you accept it. Data handling is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
